We are currently hiring for a Graphic Design Seasonal Account Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You will also be responsible for creating and editing graphic design projects using Adobe Creative Suite.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide exceptional customer service to our customers via phone, email, and chat.Create and edit graphic design projects using Adobe Creative Suite.Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.Meet or exceed performance goals and targets.Adhere to company policies and procedures. REQUIREMENTS: Age: Must be at least 18 years old.Education: K12 graduates, College Graduates, Vocational 2-year Course Graduates, or Completed At Least 2-years in College.For High School graduates (Old Curriculum), a minimum of 6 months BPO experience for an International account or 1-year BPO experience for a local account is a must.Proof of Education: Candidates must provide proof of education, Diploma or TOR.
