Responsibilities
• Development and execution of sourcing and marketing strategies• Profile target candidates and identify appropriate sourcing and marketing levers• Build top of funnel demand for non-exempt and exempt candidates• Act as a subject matter expert in prospecting techniques and tools• Partner with leaders, clients, customers, and business partners• Drive strategic research and data-driven candidate attraction actions• Convert ideas into images, layouts, and other designs• Assist with layout and design of various projects• Adhere to management's specifications and branding guidelines• Support the marketing department with special projects and admin tasks
Requirements
• Proficiency with design platforms such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web design• Compelling portfolio of work across creative projects• Strong initiative and ability to communicate about creative concepts• Understanding of trends and best practices for using graphics effectively• Ability to plan ahead and meet deadlines on complex projects• Experience working with internal creative teams and creating strong relationships• Knowledge of modern marketing and technology• Experience working with data, analytics, and research• Must be authorized to work in either the United States or Canada
