8 STAR LAND CORPORATIONIs currently looking for:  GRAPHIC ARTIST JOB DESCRIPTION: Visually promotes the brands, develops visual communications such as adverts, branding, publicity materials and magazine layouts to create media products such as magazines, labels, advertising and signage. To work closely with Marketing. With good data base of marketing suppliers for external production. Does editing for all company and affiliates marketing collaterals. Must be keen to details, team player and willing to extend working hours to be able to meet deadlines. Passionate and inventive creator of innovative marketing strategies and campaigns; accustomed to performing in deadline-driven environments with an emphasis on working within budget requirements. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Create and design variousmaterials for print and digital collateral2. Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule3. Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines4. Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions5. Perform retouching and manipulation of images6. Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design softwareQUALIFICATIONS: Design skills and knowledge.Must be thorough and pay attention to detail.Knowledge of media production and communication.Knowledge of computer operating systems, hardware and software.Knowledge of the fine arts.The ability to come up with new ways of doing things.Excellent verbal communication skills.
