Exxel Prime Int'l Trading Inc. is seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Artist/Designer to join our marketing and creative team.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing visually appealing graphics for our products, ORO socks and stockings, and OMG cosmetics, both for digital and print platforms.
You will collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling visual content that drives brand awareness, enhances customer engagement, and supports our e-commerce efforts.
Your designs will be featured across a variety of media, including websites, social media, advertising materials, and packaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and design high-quality visual content for our retail and e-commerce platforms, including product images, advertisements, banners, social media posts, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and ensure that all designs align with the brand identity of ORO socks, stockings, and OMG cosmetics.
- Design product packaging, labels, and promotional materials that reflect the brand's aesthetics and appeal to the target market.
- Prepare design files for production and print, ensuring that all assets meet quality standards and technical requirements.
- Edit and retouch photos for use in product listings, online advertising, and marketing materials.
- Work with the content team to create engaging visual content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Ensure that designs are consistent with the brand's voice, values, and guidelines, delivering visually appealing and on-brand materials.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve the quality of creative work.
- Assist in creating and maintaining design templates and assets for future marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in graphic design, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
- Experience with web design and user experience (UX/UI) principles is a plus.
- Strong photo editing and retouching skills.
- Familiarity with design for social media, digital marketing campaigns, and e-commerce platforms.
- Creativity: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including product packaging, social media graphics, and advertising materials.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail in design, ensuring all assets are visually consistent and aligned with brand standards.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to understand design needs and collaborate with different teams.
Preferred Qualities:
- Passion for fashion, beauty, and consumer trends, especially in the retail and cosmetics industry.
- Proactive with a creative problem-solving mindset, able to adapt quickly to new design challenges.
- Experience in animation or video editing for digital marketing is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
