Required Qualifications:
a. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Healthcare Management, Law, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
b. Experience: 5+ years of experience in government relations, business development, or sales, particularly in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
c. Proven experience in navigating government procurement processes, bidding, and contract negotiations.
d. Familiarity with public health programs and government healthcare policies.
e. Strong understanding of public sector procurement laws, regulations, and procedures.
f. Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills with government officials and public entities.
g. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
h. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple bids and contracts simultaneously.
i. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and government bidding platforms (e.g., PhilGEPS).
j. Willingness to travel regularly to government offices and healthcare facilities.
k. Strong ethical judgment and understanding of public sector transparency requirements.
l. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Compensation Package:
- Base Salary: 24,000 to 28,000 per month (depending on experience and market region)
