We are looking for a PPC Campaign Manager to manage our global campaigns on Google Ads.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced PPC Campaign Manager with a specialization in Google Ads to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, possess a deep understanding of Google Ads and other marketing platforms, and demonstrate a proven track record of delivering successful PPC campaigns across various industries.
Responsibilities:
· Develop, implement, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads to drive targeted traffic, conversions and ROI.
· Conduct thorough keyword research, ad copy creation, and landing page optimization to maximize campaign performance.
· Monitor campaign budgets, performance metrics, and KPIs to ensure optimal performance and alignment with company goals and objectives.
· Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization and improvement.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and algorithm updates.
· Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, content and analytics to coordinate integrated marketing efforts and ensure campaign success.
· Provide regular performance reports and communicate effectively with management & marketing teams to update them on campaign progress, results, and strategic recommendations.
· Proactively identify opportunities for campaign expansion, upselling, and cross-selling to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field OR a minimum of 2 years of experience managing PPC campaigns, with a focus on Google Ads.
· Confident level of English proficiency, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Sheets and other PPC analytics platforms.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present ideas and recommendations to management.
· Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
· Creative problem solver with a results-driven mindset and a passion for continuous learning.
· Knowledge of Spanish/Italian/French - an advantage.
· Experience or knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) systems such as PowerBI - an advantage.
