Responsibilities: Manage the set-up and optimization of hundreds of clients per month on the Google Business Profile platform Constant email communication with clients to get all the needed information for the set-up/optimization Create and update contents in client's GBP profile Process the optimization report of the optimized clients, provide continuous assistance and troubleshoot issues relating to the client's GBP profile Work directly with Google support team to resolve client issues Requirements: Min 1-2 years experience in Google services (Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Local Services Ads, Google Analytics) The right candidate will be extremely organized and capable of multitasking Great written English and communication /client management skills Preferably with background in SEO and basic design skills Team-player, adaptable and with problem solving skills Experience with Zendesk and Google Workspace is a plus System Requirements: Processor should be 2 ghz and above, Intel core 5/7 or equal is highly required MUST have the latest Operating System Ram should be at least 16 gig with 100 gb Free disk space MUST have a back-up Computer with the same specs as the main device A Headset with noise cancelling feature is a must At least 20 mbps & up wired connection for main isp Back up internet is a must (pocket wifi, prepaid wifi etc. but strictly no USB Sticks allowed) Back up power source
