Position Overview: As a Google Ads Specialist with SEO expertise, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our client's digital marketing needs by managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns and implementing effective SEO strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, including taking initiative to drive impactful results. Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with CCS team members and client to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Develop and implement Google Ads campaigns across various platforms to drive traffic, leads, and conversions for our clients. Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify high-value opportunities for campaign optimization and expansion. Create compelling ad copy and engaging ad creatives tailored to specific audience segments and campaign objectives. Monitor campaign performance closely, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization. Utilize Google Analytics and other analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance, ROI, and attribution. Implement SEO best practices to optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements for improved organic visibility and search engine rankings. Conduct website audits and technical SEO analyses to identify and address issues that may impact search engine crawling and indexing. Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in Google Ads and SEO to ensure campaigns are leveraging the latest strategies and techniques. Track and report on campaign performance regularly, communicating successes, challenges, and areas for improvement to stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field. Proven track record of managing successful Google Ads campaigns and implementing effective SEO strategies. Strong understanding of Google Ads platform features, targeting options, and optimization techniques. Experience with keyword research tools, bid management platforms, and ad optimization techniques. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance. In-depth knowledge of SEO principles and best practices, including on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link-building strategies. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
