Golang Software Engineer

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance with automation process design.
- Work with cross-functional resources to define and deliver business-impacting projects.
- Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be
implemented.
- Collaborate with development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions.
- Support deployments or troubleshoot production issues outside of work hours and participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes.

Requirements:
- 2 or more years of active development in GoLang
- 5+ years experience in any of the programming languages like C/C++/C#, Python, Ruby, Java, JS, .Net, Rust, etc.
- Experience developing and consuming APIs.
- Experience with Databases, particularly PostgreSQL
- Understanding of dynamically-defined workflow-based logic
- Experience with asynchronous system design and queues such as NSQ
- Open-source industry certifications are a plus
- Must be amenable to working in flexible schedule (night shift)
- Amenable to work on a hybrid setup (2-4x RTO/month)
