JOB SUMMARY We seek a dynamic and experienced "Digital" Go-to-Market Strategist and Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES Digital Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market digital marketing strategies for new product launches and business initiatives. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Define target markets, customer personas, and value propositions. Collaborate with product development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of GTM plans. Develop and manage launch timelines, ensuring all teams are on track to meet key milestones. Measure and analyze the effectiveness of GTM strategies, adjusting plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes. Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance and professional growth. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners. Identify new business opportunities and drive the sales pipeline. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management. Marketing Management: Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation. Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively across various channels (digital, print, events, etc.). Develop and execute content marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and content creation. Analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns to improve ROI. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives. Requirements Market Research and Analysis: Proficient in market research methodologies, competitive analysis, and industry trends. Go-to-Market Strategy: Experienced in GTM frameworks, product positioning, and target market identification. Sales and CRM Processes: Knowledgeable in sales cycles, forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM systems. Marketing Principles: Solid understanding of branding, digital marketing, content marketing, and marketing automation. Strategic Planning and Execution: Capable of developing and implementing strategic plans aligned with business goals. Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership skills for guiding and motivating cross-functional teams. Analytical and Problem-Solving: Proficient in interpreting market data, sales metrics, and developing solutions. Communication and Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, with strong organizational and time management skills. Adaptability and Innovation: Flexible, creative thinker, capable of thriving in dynamic environments and embracing new technologies. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred. 5+ years of experience in go-to-market strategy, sales management, and marketing management. Proven track record of successfully launching new products and achieving sales targets. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
