• Ensure safety and security of staff passenger/s and/or items in transport to and from specified destinations in a timely manner.• Assist in the conduct if GNIP activities/program or delivery of all materials, supplies and equipment as necessary.• Assist staff on canvassing and/or purchasing of supplies and materials• Carry out routine inspection on the car to ensure that it is always in good condition.• Monitor and facilitate vehicle registration• Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle at all times• Schedule PMS (Preventive Maintenance Schedule)• Assist in conduct of operations and administrative functions within the Head Office• Preparation of Fund Request and Settlement Report for payments processing of different vehicle related expenses, etc.• Perform other duties as assigned.Good Neighbors Philippines has zero tolerance to any harm or sexual exploitation and abuse and sexual harassment, against any beneficiaries (or program participants).
