About the jobEnable your career development: You will be responsible for leading the global product team for Conveying and Transporters in the Food Service Division, encompassing regions such as Asia, Europe and the Americas. This position requires a cross-functional team leader who will oversee product lifecycle management, product portfolio management, new product development programs, commercialization plans, voice of customer and market research, and go-to market.
Your tasksYou will begin the transformation journey to change current processes and behaviors into new ones to build a strong product management team.
You will lead product lifecycle management and prioritization. Tasks include driving new product development, enhancing product profitability, and maintaining portfolio value and relevance. Additionally, you will serve as a product expert and support sales enablement initiatives aimed at achieving sales targets.
You will be the market strategy leader. You will be involved in analyzing market trends, understanding customer needs, assessing competitors, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create strategies. You will ensure a balance among product value, pricing, market profitability, sales trends and profit expectations.
RequirementsWhat we are looking for: College degree or higher, preferably in engineering or related field.
Excellent leadership skills, extensive industry knowledge and keen market insight.
Strong verbal and written cross-functional communication skills; fluent in English.
Skilled at uncovering needs, connecting trends to implications, and identifying opportunities.
Experience in utilizing marketplace business drivers, strategies and tactics to inform decisions.
Self-motivated, comfortable with ambiguity, takes initiative and drives results with limited oversight.
