Global Security Specialist (Fresh Graduates)

Role Outline: Supports Technical Security operations center for NAMR Answering phone calls from NAMR retail branch personnel regarding PIN (personal identification number) access or from NAMR technicians working on retail video camera service tickets NAMR Alarm Monitoring Data / Fault Reporting System troubleshooting Testing & Commissioning Security system support (Access/CCTV/etc) Email / Hotline management Contracted Work: Provides first line triage and assistance for PIN access or retail video calls into the Alarm Monitoring Center, resolving or routing issues as required. Actively manages and investigates all PIN or retail video related incidents across the Americas region to ensure correct escalations are followed and acted on accordingly. Takes ownership of PIN or retail video related emails and queues, providing proactive management to resolve issues; analyzes reports to discover trends and make positive recommendations. Conducts video reviews of key sites to ensure guards are present for their shifts in branch vestibules, saving snapshots of each review into a Teams site and labeling them with a date/time for evidence purposes. This role is designated for night shift in PH/dayshift hours of US. Deployed onsite as per rostered or stand-by rostered. 24/7 monitoring of alarms and incidents within NAMR region. 24/7 hotline management and email oversight. Ensures prompt escalation by AMC. Effectively utilizes security resources (access control and CCTV system) to respond to incidents. Prepares and disseminates information using the appropriate reporting tools. Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php29,000.00 per month
