Global Process Analyst - Accounts

Within Global Productivity, our Business Process Transformation team is focused on driving business process changes across tooling, processes and policies, to facilitate incremental Sales productivity.
This role will be executing processes for client's territory management program including territory adjustments, data collection and analysis.
In addition this role will support the Account Management Process Architect in the delivery lifecycle for process and system changes: Impact analysis, requirements gathering, testing and change management.- Work cross-functionally to investigate and do analysis on Account Management issues (data issues, system issues, etc.
)- Work Salesforce Case Queue as it relates to account management- Create JIRA Tickets for Salesforce enhancements- Account Management Analysis and Investigation.
Improve business processes through data driven decisions.- Create Account Management Reporting and Dashboards- execute data analysis for territory management adjustment process

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT, Engineering, or any related cou- Salesforce Experience, specifically Accounts- SQL Experience, Data Analytics- Sales Operations (or similar)- Process Mapping
