Job Description - Global Payroll Process Excellence Leader (******** W) Global Payroll Process Excellence Leader This position reports into the Payroll GPO Director and is based in any of the following locations: Manila, Bogota or Prague.

What will you do As the Global Payroll Process Excellence Leader, you will lead and champion a culture of continuous improvement, process simplification, digitization and optimization leveraging data insights, automation tools and technology. Through partnering with key stakeholders, you will drive the strategic agenda and embed Process Excellence & Executional Excellence to design and deliver innovative solutions that meet or exceed desired outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Act as a senior leader in driving the team strategies in process simplification, continuous improvement, digitization, automation & optimization.Design and implement transformational solutions improvements using Process Excellence methodologies, Lean practices, automation (IA), and generative AI.Accountable for creating and driving Process Excellence initiatives in our global landscape, ensuring efficient alignment approach on decision making.Define, design, and execute improvement projects/initiatives aligned with OKR and operational strategic priorities.Partner and engage key stakeholders such as Regional Payroll Leads, People Solutions Leaders, Finance COEs, and other key partners across the globe to deliver solutions.Provide process and operational excellence knowledge to support the team.Lead and facilitate business process re-engineering projects in partnership with Payroll GPO Regional Teams.Develop, implement, and maintain a framework & governance that delivers shared ownership and consistency.Design and implement an intake and governance model ensuring opportunities are assessed, prioritized, tracked, measured and documented.Establish network and industry knowledge of automation and process excellence trends.Build strong relationships & partnerships with stakeholders.Utilize case insights to explore efficiency and performance gaps.Coach/Mentor Payroll GPO Regional Team leads.Qualifications What We Are Looking For Bachelor's degree in technology, Engineering, Business or relevant field.12+ years' experience in operations ideally in Business Solutions, Customer Solutions, CX Strategy and Operational Excellence with 5+ years as a Black Belt and/or Lean/Agile Practitioner.Proven track record in process excellence & automation leadership role.Certified Black Belt or Master Black Belt strongly preferred.Technical Skills: Power Apps and other MS tools, General automation/IA tools and platforms.Experience in project management and advanced problem-solving tools & techniques.Excellent stakeholder, communication and partnering skills.Extensive experience in transformational solutions to optimize performance.Exceptional drive to bring people together in a common goal.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Desired Qualifications Bilingual in English and other languages would be a plus.
