Global Payroll Implementation Specialist (Latam)

Summary We at PeoplePlusTech are currently looking for ADP Payroll Implementation folks to join as Independent Contractor for a US based client.
This is a fully remote work and night shift schedule. We're forming an inaugural team in PH for this ADP Payroll implementation work.
Responsibilities Assist and support implementation projects encompassing diverse modules like Payroll, Claims, Leave, Time and Attendance, Tax, etc.Conduct configuration, review, and parallel testing, ensuring quality of deliverables before transitioning to live runs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and develop localization and customization of payroll requirements.Work closely with various payroll partners across different locations, facilitating gathering and delivery of requirements crucial for successful implementation.Other Payroll work outside implementation where payroll skills support may be required within Payroll unit (Payroll Administration, Calculation, Reconciliation, etc.).Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent in education and experience.At least 5 years of experience on LATAM Payroll operations and calculations.At least 3 years of experience in Payroll implementations, parallel preferred.Strong written and verbal English communication skills.Hands-on experience using GlobalView and SuccessFactors for LATAM regions payroll Argentina and Mexico or Celergo for Brazil payroll.Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel.Excellent Service Orientation skills, analytical skills, and expert problem-solving skills.Willing to work fully remote on US day timezones.Fundamentals of Payroll Certification (FPC) and Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) qualification desirable.
