Job descriptionPrimary Technical and Functional abilities:1. IT experience delivering Infrastructure (network is preferred) services of at least 5 yrs across any level of theorganization.2. Service delivery management experience of at least 3 yrs in an Tech Services industry; Network background is apreferred3. Project management experience and solid experience in Services Delivery4. Experienced in managing teams in a complex organisation particularly matrix organization5. Solid experience in processes mgmt like ITIL6. Knowledgeable on the network concepts and delivery such as but not limited to LAN, WAN, Firewalls and othertechnologies administration and troubleshooting (VRRP, VSS, STP …)Secondary Technical abilities:1. Solid competences in Infrastructure solutions2. Has worked in an international environment3. Has implemented (or been part of) Cloud projects4. Knowledge in CMMIBEHAVIOR ABILITIES:1. 5-7 years experience in infrastructure, with 3-5 years as Network Administrator2. Strong Knowledge of Cisco network products3. 3 years of experience in management3. Capacity to adapt with flexibilityTechnical Environment:? Cisco products and technologies? Cisco telephony?
