Global Marketing Head

Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability in global markets
Oversee and manage global market operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of market professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, including new product launches, market expansions, and partnerships
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and economic indicators to inform strategic decision-making

Required Skills:
Propose financial market business strategy of the Branch, budget for business development, plan and execute annual, medium-term, and long-term development of the branch's financial market business as approved by the General Management Office.
Responsible for the marketing and selling of financial market products & services to financial institutions, corporate clients, and retail clients; improvement of product offering and profit contribution of each client.
Innovate and improve financial market products in accordance with client demand and regulatory requirements.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in the Global Markets segment and leading a team.

Additional Notes:
This position will be working with Chinese majority communist-owned commercial bank.
Working Set-up: Onsite.
Mondays to Fridays.
