Summary Description: This position will act as the Strategic HR Business Partner and HR leader. This position will set the strategy for HR, lead a team of HR professionals, and support the executive leadership team in achieving business objectives.
Responsibilities: This role will report to the Corporate Vice President of Human Resources with a dotted line to the Vice President.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop and execute HR Strategy spanning all areas of HR – Recruitment, Talent Developments/Management, Compensation, Communications, and Culture. Support the growth and expansion in new locations/markets – while driving process alignment Provide coaching and development for the HR team and leaders. Be a champion of positive culture; support an open-door culture and encourage others to do the same. Develop mechanism to solicit employee feedback and respond as necessary. Lead recognition programs. Partner with Corporate HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) – HR Operations, Compensation, Talent Development, Talent Acquisition – on process improvement and alignment with best practices. Create policies and programs that support business development, compliance with applicable regulations, and a positive workplace environment. Provide guidance on complex HR matters site leadership teams, and partner with internal/external counsel where appropriate. Champion team development: support company cyclical talent planning processes as well as drive a culture of development. Ensure compliance with applicable local and national laws pertaining. Qualifications: The successful candidate will have strong HR generalist background with experience in fast-paced, evolving business environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications, or related field Minimum 10 years of work experience in HR generalist role and has a strong understanding of HR functions. Ability to travel internationally Ability to deal well with ambiguity and persevere in entrepreneurial, hands-on environment. Willing to work onsite in Cebu Business Park
