Summary of the Role: The Global HR Director is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing global human resource strategies to support the company's business goals across multiple regions, including the United States, the Philippines, Singapore, India, Kenya, and the United Kingdom. This role focuses on employee training and development, performance management, organizational culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations across various regions.

Main Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and execute global HR strategies that align with the company's mission and long-term objectives, with a special emphasis on employee development and organizational culture.Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team on human capital management and workforce development across all regions.Collaborate with regional HR leaders to ensure alignment with global strategies while addressing local needs and challenges.Design and implement global training programs that focus on leadership development, soft skills, technical skills, and compliance training across all regions.Lead efforts to develop a global learning and development (L&D) framework, ensuring continuous learning opportunities for employees at all levels.Manage and oversee the creation of online training platforms and learning management systems (LMS) to deliver scalable training solutions.Partner with department heads to identify skills gaps and create tailored training programs to address those needs.Establish mentorship programs and career development initiatives to support employee growth and retention.Implement global performance management systems that foster a culture of continuous feedback and performance improvement.Lead the annual and mid-year performance review cycles, ensuring alignment with company goals and transparent communication.Drive the development and refinement of KPIs and performance metrics for employees across regions, ensuring consistent evaluation standards.Develop initiatives to enhance organizational culture, emphasizing inclusivity, collaboration, and a growth mindset across all regions.Lead global employee engagement efforts, including surveys, focus groups, and action planning to ensure a positive and productive work environment.Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives that promote a culture of respect and belonging.Foster cross-cultural communication and collaboration by promoting understanding and respect for regional differences.Ensure compliance with local labor laws and employment regulations in each region (US, PH, SG, IN, KE, UK), particularly in areas of employee rights, benefits, and working conditions.Collaborate with legal teams and regional HR leaders to mitigate employment risks and handle labor disputes or legal matters.Regularly review and update HR policies and employee handbooks to reflect changes in local laws and global HR best practices.Oversee global compensation strategies and benefits administration, ensuring equity and competitiveness across different regions.Manage the global alignment of compensation structures while addressing local needs and market conditions.Work with finance and regional HR teams to ensure salary scales, bonuses, and benefits packages are competitive and sustainable.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)10+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years managing HR functions across multiple countries.Demonstrated expertise in training and development, performance management, and employee engagement on a global scale.Knowledge of labor laws, employment practices, and HR compliance in the US, Philippines, Singapore, India, Kenya, and the UK.Excellent leadership, communication, and intercultural skills.Strong experience in HR systems (HRIS) and training management systems (LMS).Analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to use data to drive decisions.Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
