Global Finance Insurance Officer

**About the job Global Finance Insurance Officer**:
The Key role and responsibility of an **Insurance Officer** is to administer the day-to-day Insurance requirements of Jollibee Group and ensure that all assets are protected and accurately declared vis-à-vis the current risks of the Organization.
- Assists in providing required information/data for the Bidding Procedure administered by the broker for the renewal of the JFC Group's Insurance.
- Generates report and analyzes the stock inventory level of the JFC Group on a Monthly basis.
- Gathers data and analyzes information received from the Fixed Assets Team, SBU Finance Heads, JWS Benefits Admin team and Corporate Planning Team for policy renewal.
- Coordinates directly with the Broker and Insurer in processing of the issuance of the policy and/or endorsements.
**JOB QUALIFICATION**:

- Any Bachelor's Degree or any Business Related Course
- At least 2 years relevant work experience as Insurance Executive of a respectable Insurance or Brokerage Firm
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Knowledge on how to interpret Insurance cover vs. the current requirement of the different business units
- Commercial Awareness and keen interest in business
- Good customer service skills
- Attention to detail and accurate record keeping
- Adequate knowledge in non-life Insurance
