We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Strategist to enhance our influencer and brand marketing efforts, particularly in the beauty and skincare sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential influencers, developing comprehensive marketing strategies, and overseeing campaigns from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities: Influencer Identification: Research and identify influencers and content creators aligned with our brand, audience, and marketing goals. Campaign Strategy: Design influencer marketing strategies that align with product launches and promotional campaigns. Content Collaboration: Partner with influencers to develop engaging content such as sponsored posts, tutorials, and product placements. Campaign Management: Handle all aspects of influencer campaigns, including briefings, contract negotiations, timelines, and deliverables. Performance Tracking: Monitor the success of influencer campaigns, analyzing key metrics like reach, engagement, and conversions. Budget Management: Oversee influencer marketing budgets, optimizing spend to maximize ROI and meet objectives. Minimum Qualifications: Willing to work at Pasay City. 1-2 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Influencer Marketing, KOL Specialist, Digital Marketing, or a similar role. Bachelor's degree in Brand Communication or a related field. Fluent in English, both verbal and written. Experience in beauty or skincare brand promotion is preferred. Strong knowledge of marketing trends and best practices. Ideal Candidate Profile: Excellent communication skills, fluent in English. Analytical, quick-thinking, and results-oriented. Knowledgeable about the beauty industry in the Philippines. Familiarity with influencer (KOL) marketing, from identifying suitable influencers to managing campaign briefs and content.
