QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Geodetic Engineering
Experience: At least 2 years of relevant work experience
Training: At least 8 hours of relevant training
EMPLOYMENT STATUS: To be officially employed under DBP Service Corporation (DBPSC), but shall be assigned and deployed to Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) as an agency-hired employee.

WORK SCHEDULE: Mondays to Fridays (8 AM - 5 PM)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.
Responsible for technical evaluation of properties in accordance with Area/Division's systems, procedures, and program terms and policies;
2.
Conduct site inspection, verification of title, property's land use and appraisal of properties for acquisition thru CMP;
3.
Gathers and analyses general and specific data necessary in the preparation of appraisal report;
4.
Prepares site inspection, title verification, appraisal, project accomplishments, and compliance reports;
5.
Validates accomplishment/compliance documents submitted by stakeholders and assesses conditions thereof for purposes of loan release;
6.
Undertakes a thorough evaluation of the site development and house construction cost estimates to determine the technical feasibility of the proposed project under SHFC's housing programs;
7.
Checks a) the property boundaries and configuration thru plotting, b)the accuracy of the technical description inscribed in the TCT, c) the approved subdivision plan, and d) the total land area;
8.
Identifies issues/bottlenecks encountered in the evaluation/appraisal process;
9.
Canvasses prices of construction materials;
10.
Monitors projects' accomplishment for site development and house construction and the performance of CPM; and
11.
Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
