General/Working Foreman

Qualifications:
- 2-3 years related experience in Maintenance, Foreman, Engineering, or Architecture
- knowledgeable in troubleshooting and resolving facility related issues, building codes, safety codes, and env1ironmental requirements.
- amenable to work in Sta. Cruz, Manila
- can start asap!


Responsibilities:
- leads all the maintenance staff, develop and execute maintenance procedures throughout the facilities.
- with experience in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil, firefighting system
- prepares work schedules; requisitions materials, tools, and equipment needed to complete job tasks.
