General Services Mechanical Specialist

JOB SUMMARY The General Services Specialist shall be responsible in overseeing construction, repairs and renovations in the clinic branches and head office. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  General Duties and Responsibilities 1. Visits assigned clinics for inspection together with GSD Utility Officer. 2. In charge in all immediate Mechanical works. 3. In charge of material acquisition for mechanical works 4. Oversee and monitor contractors works in the clinics assigned. 5. Facilitate required permits and gate pass for works in clinic inside the mall. 6. Performs other/additional tasks required by the immediate superior like hauling of materials in warehouse and transport of clinic machines and other equipment. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Education: At least high school graduate or equivalent with TESDA certificate preferred.
