Job Description :
? General cleaning of all work areas and keeping it maintained and in good condition.
? Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
? Perform minor repairs.
? Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs.
? Collect and dispose of trash.
? Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
? Performs other duties and responsibilities as maybe assigned by the immediate superior.

Job Qualifications :
? Highschool Graduate
? 2 years of relevant experience
? With previous experience in janitorial
? Responsible for maintaining a cleanly facility by completing a variety of cleaning tasks
? Mechanical skills, light maintenance and repair besides cleaning duties
? Competent cleaning, trustworthy and reliable
? Other job responsibilities may include banking deposits and arranging company permits
