General Service Advisor proactively delivers the Ford Guest Experience process at an exceptional level to all Guests that come into contact with the Dealership's Service department.

Also Assist the Aftersales Manager in directing service activities of the company.

Job Qualifications:
Personal Skills:
• Strong personal skills
- Confident, personable, courteous and good listener
• Great Communication skills (English and local language)
• Friendly and Team player
• Energetic and Positive
• Attention to detail
• Process Driven
Professional:
• Bachelor degree preferable but not required.
• Preferred Experience: 5 years in an OEM Car workshop or reputed multi brand Car Workshop.
