General Plant Maintenance

The General Plant Maintenance performs daily monitoring of equipment, troubleshooting of refilling machines, and ensuring that all plant concerns pertaining to technical and equipment will be resolved in the given time.
And able to provide guide/ assistance to his/her subordinates in making sure that the project will be done within the prescribed time frame and quality of work.
**Qualifications**:

- At least high school graduate
- Must be a TESDA certified Mechanic or Technician
- Must be physically fit
- Must be knowledgeable in the technical aspects of work

**Principal Accountabilities**

**_GENERAL PLANT MAINTENANCE_**
- Understands technical plans and designs from engineers and supervisors.
- Attend and understand concerns and be able to de-escalate it to the subordinates and provide solutions and preventive actions.
- Monitors equipment on a regular basis.
- Monitors work assignment to ensure safety and quality of work were observe and followed.
- Troubleshoots equipment and ensures plant operation runs smoothly.
- Facilitate monthly checking of the firefighting system of the plant.
**_REPORTS_**
- Prepares and submits Daily Equipment Inventory Report to Plant Operation Supervisor.
- Prepares Materials Inventory Report to Plant Operation Supervisor on a monthly basis.
- Submits Daily Activity Report of subordinates to Plant Operation Supervisor
- Prepares Weekly Equipment Report.

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
