Partner with the Executive Team to turn high-level strategies into actionable, executable plans.Oversee and synchronize operations across distribution channels, sales, supply chain, and customer service teams.Implement and maintain efficient, scalable processes to optimize our distribution efforts.Use EOS principles to drive accountability across teams and ensure goals are met.Manage key performance metrics and business systems to achieve sustained growth and profitability.Build and lead the senior leadership team, ensuring alignment and high performance.Navigate the complexities of the distribution business, ensuring smooth and efficient
operations across the board.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's DegreeProven experience as a General Manager, COO, or Integrator in distribution, logistics, or supply
chain management
(industry-specific experience
is not required).
Deep understanding and hands-on experience with the EOS framework.A history of driving operational excellence and building high-performance teams.Strategic leadership with the ability to manage diverse teams and integrate various business functions.Strong ability to implement systems and processes that drive efficiency and foster scalability.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on collaboration and
accountability.

SALARY: 80K-120K
