QualificationsA graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or any related course.Significant experience in the hospitality industry, with a proven track record in hospitality, hotel or resort management.Previous experience in a managerial or executive role, preferably as a General Manager or in a similar capacity.Ability to plan and direct the hotel operations in relation to quality, standards, cleanliness, maintenance and guest satisfaction.Strong leadership and decision-making skills.Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team to achieve common goals.Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and revenue management, maximizing profit and minimizing cost without sacrificing delivery of the highest standard of service.Experience in driving financial performance and achieving profitability targets.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to communicate effectively with staff, guests, and stakeholders.Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction.Ability to address and resolve guest concerns in a timely and professional manner.In-depth knowledge of the hotel industry, market trends, and competition.Familiarity with local regulations and standards.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Flexibility in managing diverse tasks and responsibilities.Strong networking skills to build relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.Experience in developing and maintaining partnerships that contribute to the success of the hotel.Skills RequiredAdministrative Skills
