* Ensure seamless execution of strategic plans and driving results across the entire business.
* Will work closely with the Executive Team, by taking the lead in managing day-to-day operations, aligning departments, and pushing for high
performance to meet ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Partner with the Executive Team to turn high-level strategies into actionable, executable plans.
· Oversee and synchronize operations across distribution channels, sales, supply chain, and customer
service teams.
· Implement and maintain efficient, scalable processes to optimize our distribution efforts.
· Use EOS principles to drive accountability across teams and ensure goals are met.
· Manage key performance metrics and business systems to achieve sustained growth and profitability.
· Build and lead the senior leadership team, ensuring alignment and high performance.
· Navigate the complexities of the distribution business, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across
the board.
Qualifications;
*Graduate of Business, Sales Management, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or any
Related course.
*Master's Degree and Post-graduate certification is an advantage but not required.
*With at least 10 years experience in business operation and people management.
* With at least 7 years in the Management position with strong track record on progressive business
management, people building and process integration.
* And at least 5 years as General Manager or COO position.
* Must come from FMCG, Distribution (wholesale-retail) industry to deliver work with high integrity.
* Highly analytical and can make decision based on gathered information.
* A role model with high respect to people, good communicator and a team player.
* Proven experience as a General Manager, COO, or Integrator in distribution, logistics, or supply chain
management (industry-specific experience is not required).
· Deep understanding and hands-on experience with the EOS framework.
· A history of driving operational excellence and building high-performance teams.
· Strategic leadership with the ability to manage diverse teams and integrate various business functions.
· Strong ability to implement systems and processes that drive efficiency and foster scalability.
· Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on collaboration and accountability.
Salary Range: Php80,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
