General Manager

As our General Manager/Integrator, you will be the force that ensures seamless execution of our
strategic plans, driving results across the entire business. Working closely with the Executive Team, you
will take the lead in managing day-to-day operations, aligning departments, and pushing for high
performance to meet our ambitious goals.

Graduate of Business, Sales Management, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or any
Related course. Master's Degree and Post-graduate certification is an advantage but not required.
With at least 10 years experience in business operation and people management.
With at least 7 years in the Management position with strong track record on progressive business
management, people building and process integration.
And at least 5 years as General Manager or COO position.
Must come from FMCG, Distribution (wholesale-retail) industry.
Delivers work with high integrity.
Highly analytical and can make decision based on gathered information.
A role model with high respect to people, good communicator and a team player.
