Job Specifications:
Experience: 5+ years in senior management (Philippine retail/wholesale), managing a multi-faceted operation.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
MBA preferred.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the local retail landscape and consumer behavior.
Languages: Fluent in English and Filipino.
Bisaya proficiency is highly advantageous.
