General Manager

Manages the operation and maintenance of the building and ensures that the building run effectively and oversees all facilities. Responsible for the overall implementation of government-related and regulations on health and safety standards Promotes professional behavior and quality standards among all the working groups in the building premises. Conducts a regular inspection of the following: Fire Safety, Security, Oversees and coordinates installation, maintenance and repair work for electrical, plumbing, ventilation and other systems of a commercial building. High level of responsibility and accountability Available to start immediately Qualifications · A Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering graduate, preferably licensed
· Minimum of three (3) years' previous work experience in related to building operations and management
· With in-depth knowledge in building compliance, and operational policies, procedures and regulations
· A team player with high leadership qualities
· skills, has the ability to prioritize workload and manage deadlines, proficient computer
· Must be a permanent resident of Baguio
