1. Improve the company's capability of accounting matters.
2. Establish and review company rules/procedures for enhancing corporate governance.
3. Manage the Corporate Department as a department head. People under direct super division: Accounting Assistance, two accounting staff, HR Supervisor, One HR staff, Two Impex Staff, Two AR collection & Invoice staff. Check the correctness of taxation procedures and accounting entries on a daily basis. Educate the accounting team to increase the capability. Periodical review of TCES rules and procedures with the HR Supervisor.
Qualifications:
1. Coordinate and complete the financial audit process
2. Manage Corporate department as a first evaluator as a department head
3. Educating all staff about applying such TCES rules and procedures
4. Must have a CPA
5. Discuss with TTC and HR Supervisor for any improvement of the company
6. Implement Kaizen philosophy inside the company with HR Supervisor
