Responsibilities: Improve the company's capability of accounting matters.Establish and review company rules/procedures for enhancing corporate governance.Manage the Corporate Department as a department head, overseeing the following staff: Accounting Assistance, two accounting staff, HR Supervisor, one HR staff, two Impex staff, and two AR collection & invoice staff.Check the correctness of taxation procedures and accounting entries on a daily basis.Educate the accounting team to increase their capability.Conduct periodic reviews of TCES rules and procedures with the HR Supervisor.Qualifications: Coordinate and complete the financial audit process.Manage the Corporate department as a first evaluator as a department head.Educate all staff about applying TCES rules and procedures.Must have a CPA.Discuss improvements for the company with TTC and HR Supervisor.Implement Kaizen philosophy inside the company with HR Supervisor.
