Job Purpose (High Level Job Description)Responsible for ensuring strategic goals are met and implemented, managing company budget by managing company expenses, manpower, and creating company policies to ensure smooth operation from Sales to Delivery. This role will report directly to the CEO.
B. Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for the implementation of CEO's directives and acting head when the CEO is unavailable.Oversee HR, Admin, Operations, Production, Prep, Warehouse, and IT departments and their team members.Create new policies and ensure they are implemented according to organizational needs.Streamline internal processes and eliminate redundancy of work.Maintain company budgets with a focus on reducing operating expenses.Oversee the Human Resources and Administration Department to ensure all employee company policies are adhered to and maintenance of company facility is preserved.Set employee objectives based on the direction of the CEO and employee roles.Communicate concerns, revisions, and unexpected expenses with the CEO.Analyze different departments' effectiveness and provide recommendations to the CEO.Manage high-level day-to-day operations of different departments along with signing company documentation such as Job Orders, Movement of stocks, gate passes, etc.Negotiate with suppliers regarding employee engagement or building maintenance, if necessary.Address any company disturbance in conjunction with the HR manager and provide the CEO with updates.Perform all other tasks as assigned.C. Job Qualification Requirements Strong leadership skills.Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical skills.Good people skills.Proactive, self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.Good written and oral communication skills.D. Experience, Education & Training Bachelor's degree in business management.Minimum of two years working experience in a General Manager role.Experience in the garment industry is a plus.Strong management and leadership skills.Ability to conduct projects and trace root causes of problems.Problem solver.
