Improve the company's capability of accounting matters.Establish and review company rules/procedures for enhancing corporate governance.Manage the Corporate Department as a department head. People under direct super division: Accounting Assistance, two accounting staff, HR Supervisor, One HR staff, Two Impex Staff, Two AR collection & Invoice staff. Check the correctness of taxation procedures and accounting entries on a daily basis. Educate the accounting team to increase the capability. Periodical review of TCES rules and procedures with the HR Supervisor.
