General Manager

Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 5 years managerial experience; Cooperative experience is an advantage.
Graduate of either of the following courses: Accounting (CPA), Business Management, Banking and Finance.
With Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA).
Knows how to drive and with Driver's license.
With good oral and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:Oversees the entire operations of all the businesses of the Cooperative.Works hand in hand with the Board of Directors, and the different Committees in carrying out their directives, coop objectives and goals, and ensure compliance with the regulatory agencies of the government.Develops and implements growth strategies as approved by the Board of Directors.Managing people and establishing policies.
