Our client is a payment provider that integrates with banks, acquirers, payment networks, and enterprises.
RESPONSIBILITIES:The General Manager is responsible for the overall operational, strategic, and financial management of the brewery.Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth, particularly in international markets.Oversee daily operations of the brewery, ensuring efficient production processes and adherence to quality standards.REQUIREMENTS:At least 5-10 years of experience in a leadership role within the craft beer industry or a related field, with a focus on international markets.Should have experience in Business Development.Proven track record of managing operations, financials, and teams.Proficient in financial management and budgeting.Knowledge of brewing processes, quality control, and industry regulations.Experience in international marketing strategies and sales techniques.Work Setup:Shift: morning
