To ensure implementation of quality initiatives and adherence to identified quality standards with a view to improving the delivery capabilities of the assigned organizational delivery units.
To deliver training in the defined areas as per requirements.To execute customer presentations.To manage and develop the team for engagement.To provide project facilitation in line with defined process and ensure compliance against the defined process through audits.To supervise the reporting process involving the various stakeholders.Minimum Requirements: At least 7-12 years of experience in the industry.Have handled a healthcare account.Willing to work onsite every day.Can start ASAP.
