General Maintenance Technician

About the Role:
General Maintenance Technician will be assigned in Sogod Cebu in El Mar Resort.

 

**Responsibilities**:
Monitors electrical equipment such as ACS, generator, transformers, street lights, light bulbs, television, and make minor repairs and/or replacement.

Lead all minor or major repairs of all hotel equipment including small appliances, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, pool equipment, HVAC, hand and power tools and general plumbing systems and fixtures such as pipe lines, toilets and sinks, kitchen and laundry equipment.

Refurbish furniture and fixtures within guest rooms such as cabinets, tables, chairs, doors windows and counters.

Responsive in every emergency request from the other departments in a timely manner.

Ensures and

practice safety standards at all times. Report any hazardous safety concerns to the Manager immediately.Coordinate with other vendor about the technical issues when needed.

Maintains proper water quality standards.

Performs daily checks on the all resort equipment, and repairs or reports problems, or issues.

Treat our customers and guests with courtesy and respect and provide the highest level of customer service possible.

Maintains and repairs buildings' plumbing, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment as directed.

Keeps logs of tasks performed and maintenance calls.

Preferred Requirements:
Must be 2-3 years work-related experience

Willing to relocate in Sogod, Cebu.
