General Logistics Associate (Cbd)

POSITION : ASSOCIATE, GENERAL LOGISTICS
REPORTING TO : CUSTOMS BROKERAGE MANAGER
DEPARTMENT : CUSTOMS BROKERAGE DEPARTMENT
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lodgment of Import entry to BOC portal (Customs Declarant)
• Follow up shipping document from customers
• Monitoring of shipment arrival from shipping line, and/or carrier, airline or freight
forwarder.
• Follow up of shipping line, airline, or freight forwarder billing prior to shipment
arrival
• Provide shipment status or delivery updates to customers
• Follow up and coordinate with 101 processor regarding customs clearance status
• Collaborate with other 101 department (Transport, F&A) regarding delivery,
payments.
• Handles customer's queries.
• Prepares reports that the department/customer requires.
• Ensures that the KPI's set by the company and customers are met.
• Monitors and coordinates with other dept.
and the customer on the timely booking
and delivery of shipment.
• Secure import permits from various government regulating offices (if required).
• Adheres to company rules and regulations.
• Perform any other-job related duties and task as assigned from time-to-time by the
department Head.

Timely and accurate customs documentation
Compliance with customs regulations
Team support
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration or related field.
Experience: 1-2 years in customs brokerage preferred.
Skills: Detail-oriented, good communication skills, basic knowledge of customs
procedures.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Office-based, with interactions with customs officials.
HEALTH AND SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow all safety protocols related to customs clearance tasks.
SALARY RANGE: Php 18,000.00 - 19,000.00
WORK LOCATIONS: Monday - Saturday (8:30 -5:30)
WORK SCHEDULE: Paranaque City will be relocated to Silang (soon)
