General Ledger Specialist

Responsibilities: Maintain chart of accountsOversee books of accountsReview trial balance and accounts reconciliationPerform month-end closing cyclePrepare monthly financial statements and related schedulesCollaborate with the Finance Officer in preparing management reportsCollaborate with other groups and departments to complete accurate records and provide accounting supportTaxes computation and reportingAssist the Finance officer to coordinate with the external auditors for the Annual Financial statements' preparationPrepare other government regulatory requirementsParticipate in special projects as assigned by the management Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting.Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Minimum of 1 year of experience with bookkeeping, general accounting and Tax preparation is preferred.
