Responsibilities: Responsible for the use of a double-entry accounting system, adjusting and journal entries.Ensure that financial records are kept following Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and that all appropriate records are retained.Perform account analysis of assigned accounts to ensure all entries are in accordance with GAAP and theories.Accurately and timely prepare all month-end entries for assigned accounts.Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for major bank accounts and prepare journal vouchers for adjusting entries, if necessary.Prepare monthly reconciliation of subsidiary ledgers of accounts payable, intercompany transactions to general ledger control account.Facilitate month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing of accounting books.Maintain, update and establish accounting chart of accounts necessary for disclosure requirements and monitoring of balances for each particular account.Assist in the quarterly, interim and year-end physical inventory count of finished goods and materials/supplies and verify the counts versus the inventory balances in the Accounting System.Maintain and keep the summary of importations per month and verify the accuracy, occurrence, and completeness of BOC documents versus details in passbook for its payments.TRACC CHAMPION Ensure having expert knowledge / full mastery and understanding of TRACC particularly Accounting Modules.Ensure full awareness of the updates implemented by TRACC's developer and how it can be applied to the Group's operations.Keep sensitive and vital information confidentially whether acquired verbally or in print concerning the affair of the Group and/or its officers and abstain from discussing with anybody in and out of the Group.Qualifications: Graduate of Accounting or any related fieldAt least 2 year related work experienceProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsWith knowledge in ERPHonest and Trustworthy, Keen to details and fast learnerAble to work with minimum supervision
