Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of any college degree in Business Administration or any similar.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply but must have related administrative internship experience.
• Background in Events/Project Management is an advantage
• File management and administrative experience such as filing, sorting, typing using excel and word an advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver the end-to-end event management process including: scheduling, room arrangements, hotel and flight bookings.
• Partners with Learning Portfolio Managers and Learning Business Partners to implement identified learning interventions
• Prepares and processes the required documentations for training delivery
• Ensures learner records are updated in appropriate databases
• Provide support to administrative requirements associated with learning
• Ensures timely processing of payments in coordination with internal partners within the bank
• Serves as initial point of contact for vendors for documentation requirements and other similar administrative activities
