We're looking for a General Assistant to support our management in various tasks for our food and beverage brands: WTH Foods and Nipa Brew.
Roles:

- Managing meetings and schedules to ensure important tasks are done within deadlines.
- Dealing with general logistics and coordination between parties, such as booking transport, informing respective parties of details, etc.
- Filing documents, encoding data, preparing drafts or reports.
- Organizing company assets and office supplies.
- Maintaining organized systems and ensures standard procedures are followed.
- Monitors and ensures that checklists are complete, tasks are accomplished, and deadlines are followed, including order fulfillment, event ingress/egress details.
- Assists in overseeing social media chats are replied to in a timely manner, and that ecommerce and customer orders are fulfilled on time.
- Alerts the management for any problems encountered.
- Assists in HR management, including recruitment and onboarding.
- Miscellaneous tasks to support the various branches of the company as needed, such as human resource, sales, marketing, operations, production, R&D, or others.
Qualifications:
Careful, diplomatic, loyal, honest and trustworthy.
Flexible and adaptive.
Good communication skills.
Organizational and multitasking skills.
Love for cooking is an advantage.
**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
