Job Description
·Manage and supervise General Affairs operations, including office administration,
·Manage all HR-related tasks
·Develop and comply with HR policies based on labor laws and regulations
·Handling the recruitment process and after.
·Conduct new employee orientation
·Develop and implement training plans
·Plan and execute employee education programs and Training
·Handle payroll, social security, and labor-related procedures
·Facilitate communication with employees, resolve issues, and ensure smooth labor-management relations
Qualifications Requirement
·Bachelor's degree
·Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management and talent development.
·at least 3 years of experience as Managerial as HR.
·With Good communication skill's
·Experience in Start up company is a plus.
·Have a Initiative and Proactive Mindset
·HR experience in a multicultural environment
·Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
·Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
·Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
