General Accounting Staff

QUALIFICATIONS: • Graduate in BS Accountancy, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology or any accounting related course from a reputable University/College.• At least one (1) year experience in accounting related tasks in the automotive industry.• Must have good attention to detail and strong organizational skills.• MS Office proficient (Word and Excel), exposure to an accounting or bookkeeping information system is a plus.• Has confidentiality and integrity.• CPA passer is an advantage but not necessary or has Bookkeeping NCII or NCIII certificate holder are encouraged to apply.• Willing to be assigned at JMC Pickups Showroom in Panacan, Davao City.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES• In charge of bookkeeping and maintaining of books for all dealership transactions• Shall be in charge of logging, registering and monitoring accounts payables and receivables.• Maintaining documentation for accounts payable, purchasing, and treasury and conducting internal audits• Shall be in charge of posting of transactions, bank reconciliation and GL reconciliation.• Shall provide for monthly reporting and makes sure of accurate transactions for taxation.• Shall assist in making, processing and payment of taxes and employee payroll/benefits.• Coordinates closely with the Company's accounting firm.• Other duties: undertake such other duties, related to the position, as may from time to time be agreed with the management.Job Type: Full-time
