General Accountant

**The role**:
The general accountant is a very proficient accounting/finance professional, responsible to prepare and report accurate and on time financial information for the company.
It is a curious and highly motivated individual, business driven, a team player and a leader.
It is a professional very knowledgeable in running ERP solutions such as SAP, Oracle and others.
It is highly proficient in the management of Microsoft tools, especially Excel and Power Point.
It is also fluent communicator in Spanish and English.
**Duties and responsibilities**:

- High level financial reporting and analysis
- Regular budget consolidation
- Preparing company tax statements
- Ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
- Work closely with payroll, accounts payable, fix assets, and cost accounting

**What is needed to success**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Information Systems
- Experience in accounting and/or IT implementation projects for a minimum of 3-5 years in a well-recognized company and/or auditing firms (PWC, KPMG)
- Fully bilingual (Spanish and English)
- Strong abilities managing ERP solutions: Oracle, SAP (preferable)
- Leadership skills
- Strong abilities in project management and delivery of results
- Very curious
- Highly motivated
- Ability to work and manage an accounting team
